2. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Refrigerated items, including Butter, Cheese, Dahi, etc.
   • Seasonal and Festive items such as Decorations, Gift Packs, etc.
   • Items purchased in bulk quantities.

3. Return Locations:

   • Products purchased at our offline stores cannot be returned at FarmXFresh stores.

4. Refund Process:

   • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
